Jamba Juice Launches Wireless Internet With Skywave Broadband
Free WiFi Access for Hawaiian Telcom High‐Speed Internet Customers
HONOLULU, HAWAII (June 26, 2009) - Jamba Juice Hawaii, Hawaiian Telcom and Skywave Broadband announced the installation of WiFi hotspots at all Jamba Juice locations on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island (excluding UH Campus). As of today, 21 of Jamba’s 32 stores have installed Skywave WiFi and installation at the remaining 11 stores is planned to be completed by July 15th. Each of these Jamba locations are “HT Spots powered by Skywave,” giving Hawaiian Telcom High‐Speed Internet (HSI) subscribers free WiFi access using their existing email and password. Other users can purchase access for $1.50 for 2 hours, $3.95 for a full day, or $14.95 per month.
